Governance 2020+

Overview of Sub-Projects

The Executive Board of the University approved the structure and scope of the Governance 2020+ program on 26 February 2019. Within the framework of the six central sub-projects, the legal and organizational foundations required for the new management system at UZH were drafted by the end of October 2019; the detailed concepts for the delegation of competencies to the deans were also drawn up. Implementation took place in stages and is completed by the end of 2020.

UL management system
