A three-person team (comprised of Prof. Josef Falkinger, Michael Brändli and Katharina Korsunsky) is responsible for program management. The President acts as the project principal for Governance 2020+ and the Executive Board of the University as the steering committee for the program. The program is comprised of a series of sub-projects; responsibility for the implementation of each of these sub-projects is assigned to a member of the Executive Board of the University.
